Ontario casino online, mapped in stars

The map draws the 30 rooms this guide tracks as stars, grouped into six regional constellations. Tap a region to light it up and see its rooms. For online play, a three-step check shows whether a site is part of Ontario's regulated market.

The sky is schematic: the west is compressed and close stars are nudged apart. Ten stars sit on their town centre. Links to venue sites are unpaid.

Three questions · about a minute

Is this online casino site registered in Ontario?

Three questions come first, and the answer is guidance, not a verdict. iGaming Ontario's directory of registered operators is the place that decides, so keep it open in another tab.

Question 1 of 3

Is the site OLG.ca, OLG's own online casino?

Two online doors in Ontario

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, the AGCO, is the provincial gaming regulator. It administers the Gaming Control Act, 1992, registers operators and suppliers, and sets the Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming.

1iGaming Ontario

iGaming Ontario conducts and manages internet gaming offered through private operators and holds the operating agreements with them. That market opened on April 4, 2022. Created in 2021 as a subsidiary of the AGCO, iGO became a stand-alone agency on May 12, 2025. The AGCO still oversees it.

2OLG.ca

OLG.ca is the second door: OLG's own online casino, separate from the iGO market. On land, OLG conducts and manages the casinos. Private service providers such as Great Canadian Entertainment, Gateway Casinos, Mohegan and Caesars run them day to day.

Questions

Is this site a casino?

This site is not a casino. It takes no bets and has no accounts. It is an independent guide to Ontario's land-based casinos, with a check for online sites.

How old do you have to be?

You must be 19 to enter a casino or slot facility in Ontario. The same age applies to online casino gaming and online sports betting.

How can you tell an online casino is legal in Ontario?

Look it up in iGaming Ontario's directory of registered operators and their gaming sites. The AGCO links to the same directory. The three-step check on this page walks through it, question by question.

Is OLG.ca part of iGaming Ontario?

OLG.ca is not part of the iGaming Ontario market. OLG runs it as its own online casino, separately.

Where does the Online casino button go?

It goes to an online casino run by a partner, and it is marked Ad. This site earns a commission from it, and the partner can change. The guide does not say anything about the partner's registration, so check it yourself.

Why are there no opening hours?

Hours change, and a stale time is worse than none. Readers should check each venue's own page before setting out.
