The Border Edge: Windsor, Sarnia, Chatham
Caesars Windsor stands at 377 Riverside Drive East, Windsor, on the Detroit River. In May 2025, OLG selected Caesars to keep operating it for 20 more years. The new agreement has been in effect since March 3, 2026.
Two rooms sit by Sarnia, and they are easy to mix up. Starlight Casino Point Edward is at 2000 Venetian Blvd, Point Edward, and Gateway Casinos runs it. The guide does not list a slot or table count for this one. Gateway Casinos Sarnia, at 1730 London Line, is a separate room with 150 slot machines. It sits inside Hiawatha Horse Park, a harness racing track, and Gateway runs it too.
Cascades Casino Chatham completes this edge of the sky, at 615 Richmond Street, Chatham. Gateway Casinos runs it. The room lists 320 slots and 10 live table games.

London and Woodstock
Cascades Casino London is at 900 King Street, in London's Western Fair District. It used to be called Gateway Casinos London. A 27-month renovation finished in 2026, and the room now has about 900 slots and 18 tables.
Gateway Casinos Woodstock, at 851 Nellis Street, is a smaller star in the same patch of sky. It lists 285 slots and 28 electronic table games. For hours, its own venue page is the place to look.

The Elements Pair: Brantford and Elora
Elements Casino Brantford, at 40 Icomm Drive, opened in 1999. Great Canadian has managed it since May 2018, after years as OLG Casino Brantford. The second Elements room operates at Grand River Raceway, 7445 Wellington County Rd 21, Elora. Elements Casino Grand River answers the phone at 519-846-2022.
Both rooms use Great Canadian Rewards, the loyalty program at Elements casinos in Ontario. Reward Points come from slots and electronic table games, not from live tables. Every 100 points equal $1 in Slot Play. Points and Comp Dollars expire after six consecutive calendar months without recorded gaming activity.

Two Small Racetrack Rooms
Gateway Casinos Clinton sits at Clinton Raceway, 147 Beech Street, Clinton. The guide does not list a slot or table count for it.
Playtime Casino Hanover, at 275 5th Street, sits beside Hanover Raceway. Gateway Casinos runs it, with slots and electronic table games. Live tables were reported when it opened in 2019. They are no longer listed, so expect machines rather than dealers.

Which southwestern Ontario casinos sit right on the U.S. border?
Caesars Windsor is the clearest case, at 377 Riverside Drive East on the Detroit River. By Sarnia, Starlight Casino Point Edward overlooks the St. Clair River. Gateway Casinos Sarnia is a separate room inside Hiawatha Horse Park, just off Highway 402, and not on the border.
Do Great Canadian Rewards points expire?
They do, after six consecutive calendar months without recorded gaming activity. Comp Dollars follow the same rule. The program runs at Elements casinos in Ontario, including Brantford and Grand River.
